All bookings will be confirmed in writing by confirmation e-mail. To reserve a place a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required together with the completed Booking Form. Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Full payment of fees is due 4 weeks before the beginning of the course.
No student will be able to attend the course until payment is received in full. We accept payment by card through our website or by bank transfer.
Fees (minus the deposit) are fully refundable in the case of cancellations made 4 weeks before the start of the course.
Fees are non-refundable in case of cancellations made within 4 weeks of the start of the course however at the discretion of the UK Film School a place may be transferred to a subsequent film school in the event of serious illness, or accident within 4 weeks of the start of the course.

UK Film School have all necessary insurances including Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance.
However, our insurance does not cover for personal accident or loss or damage to personal property. We advise you to take out insurance if you wish to have cover for personal accident or loss or damage to personal property or for cancellation through sickness, injury or any other reasons, as we are not able to offer a refund in these circumstances except as outlined above.
Due to the risk of loss and distraction during activities we may ask that all mobile phones or other electronic devices are switched off during our film school, they can be used during breaks.
Please do not bring valuables to film school. We cannot be held responsible if items go missing or compensate for them.
In the event of an accident, a trained first aider will administer first aid to students in our care, and the emergency services will be called if necessary. A copy of our Health & Safety Policy is available on request.
Very occasionally changes may occur to the timetable. UKFS will inform students of any changes as soon as possible.

We endeavour to provide the highest quality of care and enjoyment for our students, therefore we value your feedback and use it to develop and improve our services. If you are unhappy with your experience or have any suggestions or concerns please tell us as soon as they arise so that we can make every attempt to resolve the issue without delay to your satisfaction.
All students and our Mentors are asked to complete a Feedback Form at the end of the course and we use this valuable feedback to help us improve and develop our filmmaking experiences.
